Estimate an Engagement

What Would This Cost?

Tell us roughly where you stand, tick what you need, and we will show you which posture fits, what each part comes to across your entities, and what the work would actually be. It takes a minute and commits you to nothing.

Where does your finance work sit today?

The three posturesPick the sentence that describes you and we name the posture. What separates the three is who owns the work.Review — All of the work is yours. We read what your team prepared and write back; we prepare nothing. With You — The work is shared, inside your process: part of it is your team's and part of it is ours, and your team signs off as we go.For You — All of the work is ours. We run the whole function and bring it to your management, finished, to sign off.The final sign-off is your management’s on every one.

What the engagement would be, and who does what

With You, across a single company. The work is shared, inside your process: part of it is your team's and part of it is ours, and your team signs off as we go.

The Books

Shared — we keep the books and run the close as preparer, inside your process; your team supplies what we ask for, reviews each step, and a named person approves.

The Books at the Moderate band — up to 300 transactions a month, from the roughly 125 a month your expenses suggest. We confirm your band from your actual count on the platform every quarter, and re-band you from the next month.

If you are not sure where your books should live, that is a normal thing not to know yet, and it is part of the first conversation rather than a decision you make now.

We will put this in writing, with the scope named, before you decide anything.

The final sign-off is your management’s on every posture; we never sign off on the books or on any engagement.

What you could take off
  • Autopay takes 3% off and paying by bank transfer 2%: with both, $949 a month.
  • Loyalty takes 1% more off for every month you have been with us, up to 5%: after 5 months, with both of those, $899 a month.
  • Paid a year in advance, The Books costs $10,789 for the year — 10% off.

An estimate, not a quote. The engagement letter is the quote, and it comes after we have seen your books. Every figure is from the published price list.

What This Is, and What It Is Not

This is an estimate built from our published rates — the same ones on the pricing page, applied to what you told us. It is arithmetic, not a proposal.

A quote comes after we have looked at your books, and it arrives as an engagement letter naming what we do, what stays with your team, when it is due and what it costs. A web page is not one, and we would rather say so here than let a number on a screen do work it cannot do. What happens after you write to us →

If what you described does not fit any of the three postures, or if the honest answer is the software with Review rather than a bigger engagement, we will tell you. Sometimes the answer is no.

The first conversation is a look at your books and an honest answer about whether we are the right firm.
